After booking, our logistics partner collects cones from your mill, warehouse, or office. You do not need to pack a courier shipment yourself.
Use your Sample ID to follow status: Pickup Scheduled, Received at Lab, Testing in Progress, and Report Ready.
A professional digital report is issued after laboratory testing is complete. You can download it securely from your order page.
Yes. We work with yarn manufacturers, spinning mills, textile exporters, garment brands, traders, and QC teams. Bulk sample testing and custom pricing are available.
Yes. Sample details and test results are never shared with suppliers or third parties. Reports are issued only to the booking customer.
