1. The service
YarnCheck provides laboratory testing of yarn samples booked through https://yarncheck.com. You select a test, pay online, and provide a pickup address. After payment we collect the sample from the stated Indian address, test it in the laboratory, and issue a digital report and GST invoice to the booking account.
We do not sell yarn, fabric, or third-party goods on this website. We are not a marketplace and we do not process payments for other sellers.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate organisation, contact, and address details. You are responsible for the email and mobile number used to sign in. One verified account is used to book tests, track samples, and download reports.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout before payment. Standard public pricing is displayed on the pricing page and at checkout unless YarnCheck confirms a different B2B price in writing. Payment is due in advance. An order is accepted when Razorpay confirms payment and we issue a Sample ID.
4. Your responsibilities
You must provide a representative sample, a reachable pickup address in India, and a contact who can hand over the cones. Results apply to the sample received, not to an entire lot you did not send. You are responsible for how you use the report in buying, production, labelling, or export.
5. Reports
Reports are confidential to the booking customer. They describe the sample tested and are not a product certificate for goods we did not manufacture. Turnaround depends on pickup scheduling and laboratory load. We do not guarantee a fixed number of hours unless agreed in writing.
6. Payment
Pay through Razorpay on our checkout. We may refuse or cancel a booking if payment fails, details appear fraudulent, or we cannot collect the sample. Related policies: Refund and Cancellation and Privacy Policy.
7. Taxes
A GST invoice is issued for paid bookings as applicable under Indian tax law.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another customer’s orders or reports, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, YarnCheck is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost orders, claims against you by third parties, or production downtime. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights.
