1. What this policy covers
This is our sample collection and pickup policy. It is published at /shipping so customers and payment partners can review how fulfilment works. YarnCheck sells laboratory testing services. We do not ship products, yarn, or equipment to buyers.
2. Coverage
Pickup is available at Indian addresses provided during booking, including mills, warehouses, and offices.
3. When pickup is arranged
Pickup is arranged after successful online payment. You receive a Sample ID and can track status: pickup, received at lab, testing, and report ready.
4. What you must provide
Provide a complete address and PIN, a reachable phone number, and a sample that can be handed over at the scheduled time. You do not need to book your own courier.
5. Failed pickup
If the location is closed, the address is incomplete, or the sample is not available after reasonable attempts, we may reschedule or cancel under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. After collection
The sample is taken to our laboratory in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Unused material is not routinely returned unless agreed in writing.
7. Digital delivery
Reports and invoices are downloaded from your YarnCheck workspace. We do not post paper reports unless agreed separately.
